FLORIDA — — The Florida Department of Health said Thursday that it is offering an emergency guardianship program to anyone who may be facing a financial hardship.
The agency says the program is designed to help with housing, medical and medical care expenses and other expenses related to a person’s guardianship and is designed for the individual to apply for.
The department is also offering financial counseling and other support services to individuals who may need help.
